Your house would be in that next upper tier of quality homes. The houses I am referring to will not have many of the luxury extras your beautiful home features. For example, the price of tile can jump dramatically, but that upgrade isn't necessarily going to bring in additional rental income or be easier to maintain. Just one bone to pick here. Ocean view, quality built home in the Dominical to Ojochal area with a swimming pool for under $250,000? I dunno......that has got to be a tough bill to fill! Not that I am in the market to sell mi casa anytime soon, but I do look at the houses that I see listed, and I would peg the quality homes that seem to match the pictures you show above in the $400,000+ range.
